Production Modelling for Design
This two-day course provides guide-lines and strategies for creating design models for production.
Subjects covered are modelling strategies, tool functionality, units and tolerances required for successful modelling. The course is focused on typical industrial/product design criteria and content.

Successful completion of the course Concept Modelling by NANCO DATA AB or the course Design Level 2 by Alias
or similar experience of working with Studio Tools.

After successfully completing this course, the students will be able to:
Set up and organise modelling projects.
Have a good understanding of nurbs and how they work in Studio-Tools.
Have a general knowledge of data transfer.
Understand and adjust the tolerances used inStudioTools.
Analyse and verify model quality

If you register by phone you can find out directly if there are places available or if new course dates have been set. You will receive confirmation of course enrollment immediately following registration.
Course schedule and location
All courses are held between 9 am and 5 pm with start on Tuesday unless otherwise specified. All courses are held in NANCOs facilities at Stora Åvägen 21 in ASKIM, Gothenburg unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Meals
Lunch and coffee are included.
Confirmation
Confirmation of enrollment to be sent out immediately upon receipt of registration.
Rescheduling and cancellation
If you must rebook or cancel your slot in a course we must charge an administration fee of 500 kronor. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs fewer than 10 workdays before course start we must charge the entire course fee. Course slots can be transferred to others at your company with no extra charge.
General
Each participant will have access to his or her own workstation. We reserve the right to make changes in course content or cancel courses due to low enrollment.
Payment
All prices listed here are excluding Swedish sales tax. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is according to the invoice sent along with confirmation of course registration. Terms of Payment: 10 days upon receipt of bill.
